He wasn’t even old enough to drive a car, and he already masterminded and opened an on-line retail store. He sold it for a profit and decided to dip his foot in the waters of credit repair and financial services. This change in industry allowed him to help others restore and enhance their credit. Working closely with his clients opened new doors for him. Not only was he able to begin investing in real estate, but Action Jackson helped others obtain funding for their business ideas, too. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, he was forced to switch gears once again.

With a decade of self-employed successes in his wake, he was never afraid of challenges … so he decided to launch another startup called Rental Harvest. It was the first rent reporting business owned by an African American in the country. Once again, Marseil earned the Action in Jackson, achieving new heights while winning the New Business of the Year award from the Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce.
